Sambal Goreng Hati Ampela

Bahan:
15 bh hati ayam
15 bh ampela ayam
2 siung bawang putih
4 bh cabai merah
350 ml santan
3 bh cabai merah, iris halus
5 bh bawang merah, iris halus
1 bh tomat, potong-potong
1 papan petai, potong-potong
1 lbr daun salam
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt gula pasir
1/2 asam

Cara membuat:
1. Rebus hati dan ampela ayam sampai matang dan empuk, angkat lalu potong-potong, sisihkan.
2. Haluskan bawang putih dan cabai merah, tumis sampai harum. Masukkan cabai merah iris, bawang merah iris, tomat, petai, daun salam, dan lengkuas, aduk-aduk sampai layu.
3. Masukkan hati ayam, ampela, dan santan, aduk-aduk, tambahkan garam, gula pasir, dan asam. Masak sampai bumbu meresap dan kuah mengental, angkat.
