Botok Hati Berbumbu

Bahan:
6 buah hati ayam, potong-potong
75 ml santan kental
1 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
6 buah cabe rawit
1 lembar daun salam
2 buah belimbing sayur, potong 3
daun pisang secukupnya

Bumbu Halus:
1 butir kemiri
1 butir bawang merah
1/2 sdt gula merah
1 sdt irisan sereh bagian dalam
kencur secukupnya
1/4 sdt ketumbar
garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat:
1. Campur bumbu halus, santan, dan telur kocok. Aduk rata, sisihkan.
2. Siapkan daun pisang. Autr 1/3 bagian potongan hati, 2 cabai rawit, 1/3 daun salam, dan 1/3 belimbing sayur. Siram dengan 1/3 campuran telur kocok, lalu bungkus rapi.
3. Kukus hingga matang. Angkat, sajikan.
