Sayur Tuttu

Bahan :
150 gr daun singkong atau fresh kale/kailan, iris kasar
1 sdt garam kasar
100 ml santan encer (1-2 sdm coconut powder campur air hangat)
100 ml air
3 sdm kelapa parut atau dessicated coconut
cabe rawit hijau utuh secukupnya
3 bawang merah (kalo gede cukup 1 aja)
2 bawang putih
1 cm jahe, keprak
1 cm lengkuas, keprak
2 sdm teri/ teri medan
1 sdm minyak

Cara :
Remas kale/ kai lan dng garam sampai layu, sisihkan. Haluskan bawang putih dan merah. Panaskan wajan/ panci dng minyak, tumis teri medan sampai kuning keemasan, tambah bumbu halus lalu semua bahan. Didihkan, setelah mendidih kecilkan api dan masak sampai kale/ kailan lembut. Sajikan.
