LONTONG MIE – Surabaya

5 porsi

Bahan-bahan:

250 gram Ebi kering, rendam kemudian goreng hingga kering
250 gram Mie hokkien, rebus
250 gram Tauge, buang akarnya, cuci bersih
1 ikat Daun kucai, iris halus
20 gram Bawang goreng
5 potong Lontong, potong sebesar 1 hingga 2 cm

Bumbu
100 gram Jeruk limau
100 gram Cabe rawit merah, memarkan dan iris halus
2 sdt Petis kupang atau petis udang

Cara penyajian:
1. Potong lontong, ditata diatas piring/ mangkuk
2. Porsikan mie hokien diatasnya
3. Tambahkan campuran cabe rawit, petis, air jeruk limau,
4. Taburkan irisan daun kucai, bawang goreng, dan ebi yang sudah digoreng
