Sambal Pecel/Sambel Pecel/Sambal Pecal a la Mama Retno

Bahan:
1 kg     kacang tanah yang bagus, kupas, goreng
1/2 kg  gula merah
1/2 ons cabe rawit
1/2 ons cabe merah (agar warnanya bagus)
1/2 ons asam jawa dijadikan air asam
1/2 ons garam atau sesuai selera (echa: 35 gr garam)
15 lembar daun jeruk purut
1/2 ons kencur atau 6 biji @seujung jari
1/2 sdt terasi bila suka
2 bonggol bawang putih

Cara Membuat:
sangrai bawang putih, kencur, daun jeruk, dan cabe.
Haluskan semua bahan
