Sambel Ati Buncis a la Mama

Bahan:
1/2 kg hati ayam, potong serong
1 kg buncis, potong serong
2 gelas belimbing santan kental
Pete secukupnya
20 buah Cung kediro (tomat kecil) utuh

Haluskan:
Cabe merah sesuai selera
Bawang merah
bawang putih
laos
1/2 telunjuk jahe

Cara membuat:
– Tumis bumbu halus
– Masukkan hati ayam, aduk sampai keluar air.
– Masukkan santan.
– Masak sampai hati masak dan kuah menyusut.
– Masukkan buncis dan pete.
– Terakhir masukkan cung
