BAKSO UDANG

BAHAN  :
350 gram udang kupas segar, dilap kering
1 putih telur
25 gram sagu aren
25 gram tepung kanji

BUMBU HALUS :
2 siung bawang putih
1 1/2 sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh merica bubuk

CARA MEMBUAT :
1. Blender udang, putih telur, dan bumbu halus sampai lembut.
2. Angkat lalu tambahkan sagu aren dan tepung kanji. Uleni sambil dibanting-banting.
3. Bulatkan lalu rebus hingga terapung.
