Bayam dan Daun Katuk

Bahan:
100 g bayam
100 g daun katuk
75 g labu kuning, potong 2×2 cm
75 g jagung segar, pipil
200 ml air
100 ml santan kental
2 lembar daun salam

Bumbu Halus:
1 cm kencur
2 butir bawang merah
1/4 sdt merica
1 sdt terasi bakar
1 sdt gula pasir
garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat:.
1. Masak air hingga mendidih, masukkan bumbu halus dan daun salam.
2. Masukkan labu kuning, jagung dan daun katuk. Masak hingga matang.
3. Masukkan bayam, aduk rata. Tuang sambil terus diaduk hingga matang. Angkat, sajikan hangat.
