Apem Saus Kinca

Bahan:
500 gr tepung beras
100 gr sagu
1 bgk ragi instan
250 gr gula pasir
1 sdt garam
800 ml santan kental

Kinca:
500 ml santan
150 gr gula merah
2 buah mata durian
1/2 sdt garam
2 lembar daun pandan

Cara membuat:
1. Campur tepung beras, tepung sagu, ragi instan, gula dan garam, aduk rata.
2. Tuang 300 ml santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni, dan dipukul-pukul hingga rata. Tambahkan sisa santan, diamkan adonan selama 1 jam.
3. Siapkan loyang persegi ukuran 22 x 22 x 4 cm, oles dengan margarin, tuang adonan, kukus dalam dandang panas selama 45 menit hingga kue matang.
4. Kinca: masak semua bahan kinca hingga mendidih, saring.
