Bahan:
250 gram ikan patin, bersihkan
1/2 buah nanas, kupas, bersihkan, potong kecil
3 sdm minyak goreng
2 lembar daun salam
1/2 gelas air

Haluskan:
8 bh bawang merah
1 ruas jari kunyit
4 siung bawang putih
10 buh cabe merah
6 mata asam jawa
6 butir kemiri
1 sdm garam
1/2 sdt ketumbar
1 sdt terasi (optional)

Cara Memasak:
– Tumis bumbu hingga harum dan matang.
– Masukkan ikan dan nanas.
– Tambahkan air.
– Masak hingga matang.
