JENANG LOLOS

Bahan A:
gula merah 400 gr
air/santan encer 750 cc
garam 1/2 sdt

Bahan B:
Tepung sagu 200 gr

Bahan C (untuk bondo):
Santan kental 100 cc

Cara:
-rebus gula merah,garam dan air/santan sampai gula larut. saring.
-campur air gula tadi tepung, aduk pelan2 sampai tercampur rata
-masak dg api kecil sampai kental, licin dan meletup2
-sementara itu masak santan kental sampai keluar minyak. jangan diaduk
-ambil selembar daun pisang, oles dg blondo, taruh 2 atau 3 sendok bubur.
-bungkus seperti pepes.
-siap di hidangkan
