Ulukutek Leunca

bahan :
1/4 kg leunca, bersihkan
1 genggam kemangi
1 buah tomat, potong2
3 lembar daun salam
2 cm lengkuas, geprak
2 batang sereh, geprak
10 buah cabe rawit utuh
gula, garam secukupnya
air sedikit (kurleb 50 ml)
royco (bila suka)

bumbu digerus kasar :
5 buah cabe merah (kalo suka pedes boleh pake cabe keriting)
6 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1 potong oncom

caranya :
– tumis bumbu yang udah digerus kasar + tomat + salam + lengkuas + sereh + cabe rawit utuh sampe wangi
– masukkan leunca, aduk rata, tambahkan gula, garam, royco dan air
– tumis sampai leunca sedikit layu, masukkan daun kemangi, aduk sebentar, angkat, siap dihidangkan
