Lapis Susu

Sumber: Bi Mis

Bahan:
1 mangkok kuning telur
1 mangkok gula, kurangi sedikit
1 kaleng susu kental manis
100 gram mentega (Bi Mis biasanya pakai Blue band)

Cara Membuat:

  1. Kocok gula dan telur sampai gula hancur.
  2. Masukkan susu, kocok rata.
  3. Di tempat lain, kocok sebentar mentega dengan garpu.
  4. Masukkan kocokan mentega ke dalam adonan.
  5. Panggang selapis demi selapis hingga adonan habis.
