Malbi

Bahan:
1 kg daging sapi, potong-potong
cengkeh
kayu manis
kecap manis
air asam jawa
gula merah
kelapa parut, gongseng, haluskan

Haluskan:
Bawang putih
Bawang merah
merica
pala
jahe
garam

Cara Membuat:

  1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
  2. Masukkan daging, aduk hingga keluar airnya.
  3. Langsung masukkan kecap, air asam jawa, gula merah dan sisa bumbu lainnya kecuali kelapa parut.
  4. Masak hingga daging empuk. Bila perlu tambahkan air panas.
