Lapek Sagan / Lepet Ketan

Bahan :
250gr ketan putih, rendam sdlm air selama 4 jam, tiriskan, kukus 15 menit dalam dandang
1 butir kelapa parut, pilih yg agak muda
100 gr gula pasir
2 batang pisang tanduk (kira-kira 400gr pisang tanpa kulit), haluskan, lebih enak yg sudah matang sekali
1 sdt vanilla
½ sdt garam
Daun pisang, potong-potong sebesar bungkusan nagasari atau lapek bugih

Cara membuat:

  1. Aduk rata semua bahan jadi satu, ambil 1-2 sdm adonan letakan diatas daun pisang, bungkus .
  2. Susun dalam dandang, kukus, sampai matang
