AMPYANG COKLAT

Bahan:
500 gr Kacang Tanah, panggang atau sangrai, dinginkan
200 gr Gula Halus
25 gr Coklat Bubuk
1 btr Telur
1 sdt Vanili ekstrak

Cara membuat:
Campur gula halus & coklat bubuk, aduk rata. Tuang telur dan vanili, aduk rata.
Masukkan Kacang tanah, aduk rata hingga semua kacang terlumuri adonan coklat.
Cetak dalam loyang masing-masing 1 sdt. Panggang dalam oven dengan panas rendah hingga matang.
