Siput Wild Garlic

Bahan:
2 lembar kulit pastry siap jadi

Isi:
1 pak Frischkäse mit Kräuter
2 butir telur, kocok lepas (atau telur rebus iris tipis melintang)
Keju parut
1 pak kecil Feta
Bärlauch (wild garlic), iris halus

Cara Membuat:

  1. Campur semua bahan isi
  2. Bentang kulit pastry
  3. Oleskan isian di atas kulit pastry
  4. Gulung, potong melintang selebar kurang lebih 1,5 cm
  5. Susun di atas loyang. Panggang dengan api sedang hingga kecoklatan
