Es Blewah Pepaya

Bahan:
200 gr blewah, keruk memanjang
200 gr pepaya, cetak bulat
200 gr semangka, cetak bulat
Es batu secukupnya

Sirup:
125 ml air
5 lbr daun mint
50 gr gula pasir
2 cm jahe, iris tipis
100 ml sirup markisa

Cara membuat:

1. Sirup: Rebus air, daun mint, gula pasir dan jahe hingga mendidih
2 Tuang Sirup markisa, aduk rata. Sisihkan
3 Masukkan buah2an ke dalam gelas saji, tuang sirup. Tambahkan es batu sajikan
